Silence and Sensation will guide us through the day exploring the heart of healing that begins to move through us when we learn to pay attention to the nuances of each moment. Periods of silent and guided meditation will be interspersed with movement, sound and breath explorations, and discussion.
Cultivating mindfulness in everyday life develops the potential to experience our humanness with serenity and clarity.
Continuum Movement is an inquiry into movement. Our ability to move with and respond to life circumstances in ways that promote well-being is based on the fact that the body is a primarily fluid system, capable of self-healing and self-organizing in alignment with its own health and vitality. People of all physical capacities are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
